If you want it bad enough, you’ll find a way to make it happen 👊🏼 7am stairs & circuit at the local park, with the kids! I take an iPad, colouring in books or a ball for them to play with, while I get my workout done... 😊

30 x alt step ups w knee lift
20 x incline push ups
20 x incline plank knee to elbow crunch
20 x dips
20 x incline spidermans
4 x sets of stairs
Rest 60 seconds.
