A one-bowl-wonder! This breakfast option is high in fibre, essential vitamins/minerals/good fats and yet totally delicious!

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups oats
  2. 2 small apples, grated
  3. 1/3 cup walnuts
  4. 1/3 cup flaked almonds
  5. ½ cup desiccated coconut
  6. 1 tablespoon pepitas
  7. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. 2 tablespoons honey
  10. 1 cup water
  11. 1 & 1/3 cup yoghurt of choice (greek, natural, coconut)
Toppings
  1. Toasted coconut flakes
  2. Mixed seeds
  3. Yoghurt of choice
  4. Fresh fruit & berries
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon a cup of the muesli into a bowl and pop on your chosen topping!
  4. Enjoy!
