A one-bowl-wonder! This breakfast option is high in fibre, essential vitamins/minerals/good fats and yet totally delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 small apples, grated
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup flaked almonds
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon pepitas
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup water
- 1 & 1/3 cup yoghurt of choice (greek, natural, coconut)
Toppings
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Mixed seeds
- Yoghurt of choice
- Fresh fruit & berries
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
- When ready to serve, spoon a cup of the muesli into a bowl and pop on your chosen topping!
- Enjoy!
