Coco-Nutty Granola

Ingredients
  1. ½ cup almonds
  2. 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  3. 1/3 cup pepitas
  4. ½ cup cashews
  5. ½ cup macadamias
  6. 1 cup walnuts
  7. 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  8. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  9. 2 cups oats
  10. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  11. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  12. 1 teaspoon sea salt
  13. 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  14. 2 tablespoons honey
  15. 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat a fan forced oven to 160C.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Lay out the mixture onto a lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  5. Remove from the oven & allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving with your milk of choice, yoghurt or fresh fruit!
