Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1.5 cups of milk of choice
- 2 pieces of frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp @ponobriotics coconut plus probiotics powder
- 1 tbsp @proplenish marine collagen powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp aloe vera juice
- 1 tbsp L-Glutamine
Topping
- Sliced banana
- Cacao nibs
- Shredded coconut
- Bee pollen
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into a large cup & add toppings of choice.
