Ingredients
  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 1 handful of spinach
  3. 1.5 cups of milk of choice
  4. 2 pieces of frozen pineapple
  5. 1 tbsp @ponobriotics coconut plus probiotics powder
  6. 1 tbsp @proplenish marine collagen powder
  7. 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
  8. 1 tbsp aloe vera juice
  9. 1 tbsp L-Glutamine
Topping
  1. Sliced banana
  2. Cacao nibs
  3. Shredded coconut
  4. Bee pollen
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large cup & add toppings of choice.
