THE HARDER THE CLIMB, THE BETTER THE VIEW! 

 

There are absolutely NO excuses if you don’t have a gym membership or don’t think you don’t have time… 

1) Wake up an hour earlier & make time for your training.  

2) If you have a local park or footy oval then use the stairs/benches/oval for your workout. Simple. 

 

I took a set of Dumbbells & a Battle Rope which was purchased from @kmartaus but you could definitely change this workout up, so that no equipment is needed. 

 

I did this stair workout yesterday at 7.30am with Emmy in tow (ps- take a football for the kids to play with while you train ) 

 

Workout details: 

200m run 

80 rope slams (40 double, 40 single) 

6 sets of stair sprints (every step) 

20 DB walking lunges 

20 DB press 

3 sets of stair sprints (second step) 

Rest 60 seconds 

Repeat x 4 

– 

100m run

5 sets of stairs (alt every /second step) 

20 bench dips 

3 sets of stairs (alt every/second step) 

15 push ups 

20 bench step ups w knee lift 

2 sets of stairs (squat jumps on every step) 

100m run 

Rest 60 seconds 

Repeat x 2
