Equipment needed:

  • Workout Bench or Chair 
  • Set of Dumbbells 

WORKOUT:

20 DB step ups with knee lift 

30 lateral bench jumps 

20 cross over mountain climbers 

20 prone up/downs 

20 Bench dips 

20 DB deadlifts 

20 Bench hops 

30 lying scissor kicks 

15 burpee bench hops 

20 DB bent over rows (per side) 

20 DB bench squats 

 

Rest for 60 seconds 

Repeat circuit 3 times.
