Ingredients
- 600g of dairy milk chocolate
- 150g marshmallows, chopped
- ¼ cup peanuts
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 5 fun-size snickers
- 100g Turkish delight
- 100g of Allens party mix.
Optional for topping
- 1 handful of shredded coconut, chopped peanuts & chopped marshmallows.
Instructions
- Line a 28cm x 18cm slice tray with baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Once it’s completely smooth, remove from the heat and stir through the marshmallows, snickers, desiccated coconut, lollies, turkish delight and peanuts.
- Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are coated in chocolate and well combined.
- Spoon mixture into prepared tray and top with some shredded coconut, peanuts and chopped marshmallows.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once the Rocky Road has completely set, remove from the lined tray and cut into squares.
