Sashimi Salad

Ingredients
  1. 300gm of fresh sashimi (salmon, tuna, kingfish)
  2. 300gm mixed salad leaves
  3. ½ red onion, finely sliced
  4. ¼ cup edamame beans
  5. 1 lebanese cucumber, sliced
  6. 1 avocado, sliced
  7. 1/3 cup seaweed salad
  8. ¼ cup shredded carrot
  9. ¼ cup shredded beetroot
  10. ¼ shredded broccoli stalk
  11. 1 teaspoon of white & black sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Divide all the salad ingredients into two bowls and then top with black & white sesame seeds.
  2. Serve with an asian style dressing, some pickled ginger and wasabi.
  3. Enjoy!
